Sales Analyst (Shopper Marketing)

The world's largest Beverage company is looking for a Sales Analyst to join the Retail and Shopper Marketing team. In this role, you will support marketing programs across large format, small format, on premise, and drug & dollar channels by providing insights and data analytics around program performance, sales intelligence, and ROI. You will partner with chain teams and brand managers to build out internal workstreams and ensure planning efforts are on track to meet company goals.

In this role, you will support large programs with data entry, dashboard maintenance, and reporting in custom systems such as Circana (IRI) and/or Neilsen, consolidate information from stakeholders to prepare and deliver post-program analytics in collaboration with shopper marketing programs, track monthly business results and internal KPIs, and steward process and routines with cross-functional partners. You are comfortable using analytics to tell a story around shopper programs including pre and post sales analytics, market share, rate of sale, and media metrics. Looking for an individual who can stay organized in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally to propose areas of improvement. Proficient in IRI (Circana) and/or Neilsen; ability to drive insights from data and report ROI

Expertise in Excel; Ability to pull data sets, export, v look ups, sum, etc.

Comfortable building presentations in PowerPoint to report on pre and post analytics of shopper programs and tell a story across various channels

Experience working cross functionally with both internal and external teams to align on program initiatives, timelines, rolls outs, and manage deadlines

Excellent communication and professionalism

Interest in shopper retail marketing and/or brand management, with a passion to grow within the industry

Bachelor's Degree
