The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for social media.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.- Ensure all content is consistent with QCC’s culture and mission.- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.- Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages.- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Self-motivation to work independently and flexibility to work as part of a team.- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).- Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).- Professional experience in social media management- Ability to work 20 hours per week and special events, with flexibility in scheduling.
