As a

Marketing Strategist

will manage the marketing strategy for their clients through quarterly roadmaps and detailed campaign plans. They will collaborate on a regular basis with their clients, as well as MPAC (Marketing, Public Affairs and Communications) team members to develop marketing assets and implement each campaign.

Job Responsibilities:

Foster productive relationships with internal clients to support their engagement needs in alignment with the ACR strategic plan and goals.Develop creative campaigns incorporating all appropriate communication channels, including advertising, email, web, eNewsletters, video, podcasts, social media and publications.Ensure ROI on revenue driving projects, work closely with manager to improve processes, and ensure all prioritized initiatives align with the ACR strategic plan and organization's objectives.Oversee creative development of marketing campaigns in collaboration with graphic designers, web, social media, production and digital marketing teams.Create digital or marketing strategies along with an understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution.Interpret campaign marketing KPI analytics, with objective to optimize future marketing tactics.Analyze nurture campaigns and make recommendations as needed on what needs to be updated.Understand and apply best practices of latest marketing techniques and technology.Work effectively in a team environment, supporting PR, web and other marketing colleagues on projects as needed.Generate monthly and quarterly reports and analyze them to see where we can improve our marketing efforts.Manage department reporting.Stay informed on the latest industry trends and apply marketing best practices to daily activities.Find opportunities to collaborate with other Marketing Managers and cross promote initiatives that appropriately align with each campaign's goals.Skill Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communications.Experience writing copy for a variety of audience

Strong interpersonal skills.Experience managing multiple project with revolving deadlines.Experience in digital marketing (web, mobile, social, email, SEO/SEM, advertising)Experience with Adobe tools.Experience in Marketo/Salesforce.Experience with project management software (Asana preferred)Experience with marketing automation platforms a major plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Experience with web-based productivity tools is desirable, including Jira, Confluence, Jabber, Go to Meeting, Zoom, and Teams.Education/Experience Requirements:

BA or BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline.4 Years minimum experience in a similar role.Travel

1-3 domestic trips annually to conferences

Remote position details: When working remotely, you must be self-motivated, possess excellent time management skills, and be highly organized in an environment where shifting priorities are the norm.A reliable internet connection is a must!This position will require attendance at 2-4 on-site meetings (in Reston, VA) per year.

ACR is committed to a total rewards compensation philosophy that includes base salary in addition to our full suite of comprehensive benefits (https://www.acr.org/-/media/ACR/NOINDEX/HR/ACR-Benefits-Overview.pdf).ACR's goal is to pay competitively and equitably.It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case's circumstances.Full-time employees work a 37.5-hour work week, for a total of 1950 hours annually, furthering our commitment to a healthy work-life balance.A reasonable estimate of the hourly compensation range is $60,050 - $80,050.
