Senior Marketing Specialist , you are our visionary, bringing countless campaigns to life one idea at a time. In this role, you will play an integral part of the day-to-day marketing responsibilities to ensure we are accomplishing our goals. Our specialist enjoy collaboration, often working with both in-house staff and agency partners to develop strategies and marketing materials for various campaigns. You will use your critical thinking skills, innovative personality, and passion for marketing to help implement various marketing strategies and remain competitive amongst are competitors.
What you'll do
:Recommend and implement different strategies to achieve branch goals for Community Banking based upon market segmentCollaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that the Community Banking teams are implementing Community Banking strategy and using the tools available to themResponsible for planning and managing events to include outside partners when appropriate of varying sizes and purposes by overseeing all tasks throughout the event planning processRecommend and assist in the implementation of advertising strategiesIdentify opportunities for new tactics or enhancements to existing programsAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you'll need:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Finance2+ years bank and/or marketing experienceDemonstrated ability to develop effective and innovative marketing strategies to drive improvements to business performance and customer experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft applicationsOur Benefits:
