The Marketing Specialist provides marketing support for Care Purchasing Services, a division of LCS. The focus of this position will be in digital, social, and event marketing.

The Role:Create social content calendar with support from the Marketing ManagerProactively execute social media content including copy, visuals, reporting, and strategy.Coordinate and execute all website edits from the Marketing Manager or vendor partners via Sitefinity.The ability to make data driven decisions by proactively analyzing digital channels and providing reporting and recommendations (GA4, LinkedIn analytics, Salesforce).Responsible for layout, quality, and executive of all email marketing, including Pardot and Engage.Will partner with Marketing Manager on email content strategy and copy.Support the CPS team, becoming an expert in system like Engage, the company website, and social media.Will partner with Marketing Manager on lead generation and nurturing current member strategies and execution.Create promotional materials to be using in marketing efforts, trade shows, conferences and more.Provide support for conferences, including list management, emails, collateral, and onsite logistics.Partner with Corporate Graphic Designer on design files and visual collateral.Attend all relevant CPS marketing meetings, internal and external.Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required.Minimum of 2-4 years related experience required.Knowledge of current computer/office communications technologies; expert in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook required.Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms preferred.Knowledge & Skills:

Self-Starter, proactive,Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities.Ability to effectively interact and communicate with management, corporate contacts and external partners.Excellent verbal and written abilities and proofreading skills with a focus on grammar, punctuation, and style guides.Proactive, creative thinker with a focus on problem solving.Strong analytical and strategic skills.
