The Ridge North Little Rock is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to oversee our apartment community in North Little Rock, AR. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for planning and directing the day-to-day activities of the property, including maintenance staff and vendors, to ensure the goals and objectives of the property are accomplished.

Market and lease available apartments in full compliance with fair housing lawsProvide a high level of customer service and connect with residentsCollect and deposit rent, late fees, and deposits using property management softwareScreen and qualify prospective residentsOversee renovation of vacant units and ensure they are prepared for rentalManage property expenditures in accordance with the budgetRespond to resident requests or complaints in a timely and courteous mannerQualifications:
Minimum of two years of multi-family property management experienceOne year of management experience with a proven track record for successful leasing and renewal ratesLIHTC experience preferredStrong Microsoft Office and property management software skillsExcellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skillsAbility to empathize with residents and staff while enforcing community rules and policiesStrong communication ability, both verbally and in writing
