Job Description

The Manager, Audio Investment is a remote position reporting to the Senior Manager, Network Audio Investment. This person will oversee the end-to-end activation of national audio buys for assigned clients. In addition to terrestrial radio, digital audio and podcasting activations may also be included in role dependent on account structure. The Manager also oversees negotiations and tracks performance to ensure quality and that buys meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:You will issue RFPs to network audio vendorsYou will research network submissions using ACT 1 and RADARYou will negotiate schedules for both terrestrial and digital audio (when applicable) that meet client's goals and cost parametersYou will work with assistant to input and track buys in Media OceanYou will pull and analyze writer reports from Media Ocean Billing DiscrepanciesYou will resolve discrepancies when workload allows Prisma and DCM (if applicable to account)You will enter digital audio schedules into Prisma for trafficYou will track delivery of digital audio vendors on a weekly basisYou will work with supervisor on post buy analysisYou will negotiate compensatory weight for under deliveryYour role may include direct client relationships depending on the accountYou will work with Supervisors to deliver buys and presentations to clients and colleaguesYou will maintain client budgetsYou will work with management team to develop marketplace cpps/cpmsYou will work with Supervisors to create marketplace updatesYou will manage relationships with external client vendorsYou will work closely with planning teams in developing client strategyYou will work with Supervisors to create marketplace updates, and presentations for final recommendationsYou may have opportunities to participate in the creative production processQualifications

You have 3+ years of industry experienceYou express yourself clearly and concisely in oral communicationsYou write in a clear, compelling, and concise mannerYou organize ideas and information logically and sequentiallyYou have the ability to develop negotiation strategiesExperience in MediaOcean or Act1 preferred

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
