As a Partner Marketing Manager at One Legal, you will oversee our strategic partnerships with legal organizations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with each partner to identify and execute promotional opportunities that drive demand for our services and enhance brand awareness. Your efforts will encompass a variety of initiatives, including events, webinars, email campaigns, and content creation.You will serve as a representative of the One Legal brand, dedicated to crafting positive and memorable experiences for the members of our partner organizations. Your contributions will be essential to the marketing team, as you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our association relationships.Responsibilities:

Identify, build, and nurture relationships with influential organizations in the California legal community (“Partners”)Drive Partner engagement by identifying the most effective and efficient way to engage with each partner and creating tailored communication plansManage Partner co-marketing efforts, such as webinars, email blasts, and events, and collaborate with partners to create impactful marketing campaignsDevelop and execute an annual events calendar of tradeshows, user conferences, association meetings, webinars, etc.Track and report on comarketing/event ROI based on revenue and lead gen metricsCollaborate across teams (sales, marketing, product, engineering) to align plans with company KPIs and strategic goalsRequirements5+ years of experience in partnership/event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement at a B2B SaaS companyHands-on experience organizing and coordinating multiple events simultaneouslyWe sell to law firms and legal professionals, so prior familiarity with the legal industry is a bonus, but not requiredA successful track record of organizing attendance at trade shows and proving ROI through event marketing strategies and tacticsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a mindset for reciprocitySuccessful at getting cross-functional teams to work with you and feel great about their involvementAbility and excitement to travel throughout California for tradeshows and events 6X a year and capable of standing comfortably for up to 8 hours a dayProficient in using CRM (Salesforce), email marketing (Pardot), project management (Trello), and similar tools/softwareHighly organized and detail-orientedCompensationThe anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below.
