The Marketing Campaign Analyst will be responsible for providing full life cycle marketing support to the Chenega MIOS Strategic Business Unit and the subsidiary companies within the portfolio. This includes but is not limited to developing content, researching marketing campaigns, preparing for trade shows, and updating websites.

Responsibilities

Create and manage high-quality content including press releases, event announcements, blog posts, collateral, and infographics for various marketing channels, including social media and websites.

Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with marketing goals.

Develop compelling copy that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.

Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content.

Conducts market research on advertising opportunities to include both digital and print and researching competitor activities and effectiveness for marketing campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Assist in the planning and execution of trade show events, including booth design, promotional materials, and logistics.

Supports business development & recruiting functions with complementary marketing strategies and campaigns.

Responsible for maintaining accurate expense reports and receipts as well as travel arrangements for the Marketing department

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with some B2G background.

Strong proficiency in marketing tools and platforms including Canva, content management systems (CMS), social media, and analytics software.

Experience with trade show coordination and website management is a plus.

Additional relevant experience may be substituted for Education requirements.

Background check required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, most specifically, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Sharepoint.

Basic knowledge of Internet usage, research and marketing, including Social Media.

Ability to travel as needed and attend evening and weekend events as required.

Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.

Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees, customers and company contacts

Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional manner when dealing with the public
