Lead development and execution of strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns and journey orchestration, emphasizing experimentation and optimization.Collaborate closely with Lifecycle Marketing Events team, providing strategic guidance to achieve optimal campaign and program outcomes.Drive marketing operations strategy for events, managing technology, tools, and processes to ensure optimal delivery.Evaluate and analyze marketing program effectiveness in collaboration with Analytics and Data Ops, implementing actionable improvement and best practice recommendations.Conduct thorough QA and testing pre and post-launch, enhance campaign production processes, review procedures, and maintain technical documentation for team efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 6 years' experience in marketing operations or campaign operations, executing multi-channel campaigns in B2B or B2C environments.Expertise in collaborating with Marketing Managers to define campaign strategy, leveraging data insights for performance and optimization.Proven track record in designing, executing, and documenting complex, measurable multi-channel marketing campaigns.Expert knowledge in at least one marketing automation/orchestration platform, including audience segmentation, personalization, and program analysis.Familiarity with Oracle (Eloqua) and/or Adobe (AEP), experience with virtual and live events platforms, strong HTML/CSS coding skills, and proficiency in data-driven campaign analysis.
