Insurance team, you'll take part inDevelop a comprehensive prospecting plan, including targets and methodology for developing prospects into clients specifically related to Employee Health & BenefitsNetwork centers of influence in order to develop new opportunitiesDeliver MMA’s value proposition for each opportunity and align the Agency’s resources and capabilitiesLeverage referral and targeted introductions from clients, prospects and business relationshipsProducers at MMA are: Revenue Growth Driver, Primary Relationship Steward, Lead Strategist, Complex problem solverOur future colleague.We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:High school diploma or equivalentCurrent and Active 2-20 Florida insurance licensePrior B2B sales experience with consultative sales skillProficiency with MS Office, including ExcelProficiency Agency Management SystemsThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:Bachelor’s degree or higher (specialization in Risk Management highly preferred)Intellectually CuriousGrowth MindsetAbility to engage and present with the “C” SuiteBusiness Acumen/Strategic thought processProven track record in the development of new clients & retention of existing relationshipsEmbraces a culture of accountabilityCompetitive in a collaborative sales environmentWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
