Sr. Landscape Architect/ Landscape Designer with 5+ years of professional experience.
*Primary Responsibilities:*
· Work with Sr. Designers on design development and documentation.
· Coordinate with Project Managers and Sub-Contractors.
· Research and specify materials for construction.
· Request, analyze and compare bids.
· Assist with day-to-day operations of the office.
*Required Skills:*
· Experience in contributing to complex projects from schematic design through construction documentation and implementation.
· Experience in high-end residential design.
· Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.
· Ability to work independently.
· Strong technical skills (Grading, construction, and design details).
· Experience with construction practices, building methods and codes.
· Experience overseeing landscape installation.
· Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Excel.
· Degree from an accredited landscape architecture program preferred.
· Engineering degree a plus.
· Salary $100,000+
*Preferred Skills:*
· Experience with Lumion, Rhino or other 3-D rendering programs.
