The role:

This is an amazing opportunity to join our US Professional Salon Marketing team and work on our Oribe, Goldwell and KMS brands!

The Senior Marketing Analyst, as part of the Channel Strategy and Marketing Team (CS&M) is responsible for evaluating brand performance by review of sales data and in turn deliver meaningful insight on brand performance.

The Analyst partners closely with other CS&M team members, cross-functional partners, to help devise, develop, guide, and evaluate sales strategies to increase the effectiveness of US Salon commercialization. They will uncover opportunities to optimize the regional go-to market strategy to ensure KPI attainment.

What you will do:

Generate and interpret analytic and reporting findings to deliver data-driven, actionable insights; and provide recommendations for changes to marketing strategies that will optimize customer acquisition, retention, conversion, and engagement activities across all platforms and channels

Manage day-to-day responsibilities of sales analyst

Evaluate market conditions and competitor data to identify emerging trends and recommend changes or additions to measurement and analytics strategies, tactics, and tool capabilities

Deliver best practices and utilization of common tools to gauge the effectiveness of customer experiences and use data to inform decisions to drive sales and grow market share

What you will need:

Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in a business discipline with a focus on analytics

5 + years' experience in Category Management, Sales Analysis, or Marketing Analysis in the Consumer Products Industry

Strong project management skills, experience utilizing multiple data sources, proficiency in syndicated data, loyalty data, and panel data

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Database management experience a plus
