MS Investment Management (IMIT) Technology

Morgan Stanley Investment Management (IMIT) Technology exclusively partners with the Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) business division to design and develop systems and integrate vendor products to globally support full life cycle business processing. Activities include Portfolio Analysis, Risk, Trading, Operations, and Sales & Marketing. Morgan Stanley Investment Management Technology IMIT also provides holistic support and quality assurance across the suite of applications used in the MSIM environment.

Responsibilities

This role will involve a Senior Business Analyst in Marketing Technology joining the global team to take responsibility for enhancing and implementing marketing technology system across the retail and investment management business in banking clients.

This entails implementing regional and global requirements from the business, using best practices to increase adoption, integrate with various third-party platforms and internal platforms to deliver a unified client ecosystem for the firm.

The role will involve working closely with different teams, taking a hands-on role in design and development of new features, and ensuring enhancements and solutions are in line with the vision.

> Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of relevant marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform.

> Apply specific functional knowledge of marketing applications to help guide the design and implementation of the solution.

> Work with relationship marketing business and sales technology client representatives to gather functional and technical requirements.

> Participate in the creation and execution of test plans, strategies, and communications (e.g., requirement traceability, test scripts, test data requirements, defect management)

> Experience working with agile methodology ( Kanban and Scrum )

> Good knowledge with hands-on of Salesforce, preferably in Salesforce Lightning in Financial industry.

> Good knowledge with database including SQL and SOQL

> Good customer service skills. Ability to deal with difficult situations gracefully.

> Manage and delegate workload through the team

> Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; as well as work in an international team setting.

> Knowledge of subscribers and engagement data model.
