As we look to grow our team, we are excited to connect with individuals who can successfully support and lead our immediate and growing funnel of go-to-market strategy requests, while also helping us further define and mature the vision for the Go-to-Market Execution Design role.In Go-to-Market Execution Design we offer the organization, agents, and field leaders:Partnership in developing strategies for building engagement and shifting mindsets that increase the success of new changes and process and technology deployments.Advocacy for representing agent and field leaderships point-of-view and realities to ensure that enterprise and market area changes are delivered in ways that align with agent and field leaders values and preferences.Modern packaging of business resources, information, and change materials that create a compelling case for change and make adoption of capabilities and mindsets simple and enticing.We bring these core services to life by:Consulting with business partners to understand emerging changes and initiatives.Using our deep relationships to educate and connect enterprise and market area initiatives with the realities of those in the field.Building go-to-market strategies that serve as a roadmap for how changes can be deployed to agents and the field to maximize engagement and adoption.Developing, in partnership with other Agency and Corporate functions, communications, change resources, and technology solutions that bring to life a go-to-market strategy.QualificationsOur ideal candidate will have had demonstrated, successful experience:Developing and coordinating go-to-market, change and/or communication strategies and supporting tactics.Leading or contributing to initiatives focused on launching new capabilities or driving new behaviors for consumer, agent or employee audiences.Collaborating work across multiple divisions or departments in order to achieve results.Working with data and insights to deeply understand consumer or audience preferences and realities, and using data to understand the outputs or results of work.Bringing together and working across multiple individuals/roles to drive to results, while managing the pace and efficiency of work.Applying an understanding of user/audience needs and preferences when designing tactical solutions.Core Skills:Project managementLearning agilityEnd-user empathyBusiness communicationProblem solving#J-18808-Ljbffr
