Purchasing Coordinator (Graphics)

**LOCATION** 1830 Route 130 North Burlington NJ US 08016**Overview**The **Purchasing Coordinator** is responsible for supporting in-store graphics and innovation purchasing for new, relocations, remodels and roll out programs. Assist in ordering, tracking, rectifying delivery and installation issues for 100+new stores, remodels, and rollout programs.**A Day In The Life:**+ Creating store specific POs for new stores, remodels, relocations and refreshes, and roll outs+ Tracking and rectifying any deliveries or installation issues+ Reviewing site surveys for graphic placement, shortages, delivery and transportation issues and return trips. Escalate problems as necessary to ensure awareness and assistance with resolution+ Follow up and respond to all graphic request emails and projects+ Track/communicate project milestones to ensure all timelines are met and partners are informed+ Work closely with innovation team with the objective of meeting or exceeding project schedules, budgets and quality standards**You'll Come With:**+ Proficient Microsoft Excel and Power Point+ Heightened sense of ownership and accountability, proactive team member+ Highly organized and skilled with time management+ Ability to build strong working relationships+ Strong multi-tasking ability with strict attention to detailCome join our team.
