Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has hands on experience designing for websites and software tools, has a track record of innovation and excellence in a high-stakes environment, preferably with startup experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivationsUtilize findings to inform design decisions and improve user experiencesCreate storyboards, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes based on the research and design requirements to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactionsDesign intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance user engagementDevelop high-fidelity mockups and design assets for web and mobile applications and software toolingCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other experienced designers to create compelling interactive experiencesAmazing & effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teamsIterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysisContinuously improve and refine design to enhance usability and user satisfactionContribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across productsStay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practicesShare knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovationCreate mockups to assist sales pitch decksWork with customers to mock up feature/tooling requestsRequired Qualifications:
Product Design Major or equivalent experienceExperience designing for websites and software toolsPortfolio highlighting design principles for web or mobile platformsExperience with industry standard design tools (e.g.,
Figma, Canva,
Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVisio, Principle, etc.)Desirable Skills:
Content writing experienceHealthcare industry experience
