Job Description

We're looking for a

Director, Campaign Marketing

to oversee our North America Campaign Marketing team. This role will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing campaigns that support Procore's revenue targets and strategic initiatives. This role reports to our Senior Director, Global Campaigns and Media. The role can be remotely based in the US or in any of our US offices.

What you'll doLead a campaigns team across the North America region, prioritizing their personal development and setting them up for success by building effective ways of working.Drive the planning, budgeting, execution and measurement of full-funnel omni-channel campaigns that take target audiences from awareness to advocacy.Collaborate and build relationships with North American sales leadership to build strategy that achieves revenue targets.Work with media teams to design and build online and offline omni-channel journeys.Partner with analytics teams to track campaign performance, report on funnel metrics, optimize campaigns, and to identify optimizationsPartner with Audience Acquisition, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to create content and assets that are relevant to ICP/Personas at each stage of the buyer journey.Qualifications

At least a relevant marketing bachelor's degree or equivalent+7 years experience in a similar B2B role - tech and/or SaaS is advantageous.+3 years experience of building and leading high performing teams.Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce and analytics tools such as TableauHighly organized with excellent project management skills.Experience running ABM strategiesExperience building and executing campaigns that deliver against sales goals

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $169,320 - $232,815. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
