Associate Product Marketing Manager

to continue crafting the story of how our product solutions support the success of our Covered Entity stakeholders.

The hospitals and providers are an increasingly important group in the Kalderos ecosystem. To continue nurturing this community, this Marketing role at Kalderos will execute on important marketing strategies and build new programs from the ground up. We intend for this role to be highly cross-functional, partnering closely with Customer Success, PED (Product, Engineering, and Design), Marketing, and more. Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop product messaging, value proposition, and positioning of the Kalderos platform to target users within the Covered Entities and pharmacy ecosystem.Strategize and execute on content and campaign strategies that drive engagement, education, and platform adoption within this segment.With support from the Directors of Product Marketing, plan and execute product launches that impact the Covered Entity groupContinuously improve the way we tell our story and support our CE clients by collaborating with the CS team to refine their tools, enablement materials, and trainings, including slide decks, email templates, and talking points.Develop a deep understanding of the various personas under the Covered Entity umbrella by continuously conducting research and gathering insights, then apply these insights to marketing strategies and enablement of marketing, sales, and services.Function as the internal subject matter expert for any covered entity activities such as product launches, marketing campaigns, events, content, and enablement, and communicate those plans accordingly.Stand up a customer marketing function for the Covered Entity segment to gather customer feedback, customer references, testimonials, and case studies for external and internal use.Work with the Manufacturer CSM and Sales team to leverage CE data and testimonials in creative ways to support our retention efforts.Implement a customer marketing strategy, gathering customer references, testimonials and case studies for external and internal use, establishing strategies to drive retention, engaging the Kalderos customer community, and upsell and cross-sell for products across the technology platform.What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in Marketing at small-to-mid scale Saas/Platform organizationsExperience working in a fast-paced, startup environmentExperiences in the healthcare or health tech industry, such as working with payers, providers, or pharmaceutical manufacturers is a plusStrong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to think strategically and execute with a high degree of precisionExpected Salary Range:

$85,000 - $105,000 base + bonus

This position can be remote in the United States or hybrid in Chicago, IL or Boston, MA. Expected hours will be Eastern or Central time.
