Major Responsibility Areas:Manage bus marketing, including creating contracts and serving as the liaison between the bus company and GSP CasinoOversee the group process in CMP through the Player's Club and complete/review post-analysisReconcile complimentary voucher offers from GSP VillageReconcile hotel partner invoices and ensure timely paymentsProvide excellent support to employees and external customersManage consumer-driven promotions in the casinoCollaborate with other departments and employees on promotion planning, equipment/material ordering, onsite logistics, and schedule creationWorks in conjunction with the Creative DesignerAssist in managing the promotion calendar for players and casino staffOrganize and set up promotions and promotional materials at designated areasOversee all logistical requirements for promotions to ensure successful execution aligning with the brand and strategyLead the execution of promotions and manage internal and external resources as requiredMaintain marketing storage areas and log, update, and report on marketing/promotions inventoryContribute to marketing team efforts by completing related projects and tasks on time and accuratelyCoordinate work with outside agencies, art services, printers, entertainers, etc.Monitor the purchase of casino promotional items and giveawaysEnsure compliance with regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocolPrepare monthly reports on player/promotion/offer redemption, including new player sign-ups, bus group tracking, e-promo/prize redemption, etc.Review and ensure all processes are completed in compliance with internal controlsPerform any other related and compatible duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree or above preferred3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, and event planningOutstanding administrative and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload demandsAbility to interact effectively with internal and external customers and work well in a teamIn-depth knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to gamingStrong leadership skills and customer service orientationEffective communication skills, both written and oralStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and knowledge of database management and support systems

The noise level in the work environment varies from light to moderate.
