As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for growing the client's senior care programs by developing and expanding relationships with community partners who can refer potential clients. This opportunity offers
$80,000/year plus commission!
Responsibilities of the Marketing Director Include:
Identify and manage local lead sources such as hospitals, nursing homes, and doctors' offices per sales strategy.Discuss services with potential clients and coordinate with office staff to ensure timely service initiation.Arrange and present service lines at staff meetings and private companies, and attend trade shows and networking events.Develop and manage relationships with industry partners to generate leads and enhance marketing methods.Create and execute marketing plans, analyze data for strategic planning, and ensure client satisfaction and smooth implementation.Requirements of the Marketing Director:
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.Strong phone and follow-up skills with prospects and key personnel.Proactive problem-solving and leadership abilities.Minimum of one year of experience in the home health industry with a focus on sales strategy.Existing active relationships and contacts in the local area, with marketing/sales experience in senior living.Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) has been a leading provider of contract, temporary, temporary-hire & direct hire solutions.
