Location:

Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Pay: $88,000.00 - $124,000.00

What will you do

The Associate Brand Manager, U.S. Wound Care Media & Communication is the owner of the Wound Care brands' national communications, inclusive of owned and paid channels, as well as public relation activations and influencer strategy. Through this strategic and critical work, the ABM of Media & Communications will support the Senior Brand Manager in the management, planning, and execution of short and long-term business and marketing initiatives. The ABM of Media & Communications will work side-by-side with other peers as well as lead two agency partner teams to drive marketing activities and help fuel growth for the overall business.

Specific responsibilities include leading national communications strategy, public relations activities, and influencer strategy, as well as assisting in development of business plans and execute against the business plan through various programs, all while partnering cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, R&D, market research, agency partners and other functions necessary to accomplish strategic goals.

This role provides talent with the opportunity to expand leadership, brand management, consumer insight, analytical, and forecasting skills while shaping and leading key Wound Care projects.

Core responsibilities include:

• Lead and partner with the Public Relations and Media Creative agencies to develop communication plans and advertising to achieve business results

• Partner with Media team to monitor advertising performance to optimize return on investment

• Ensure connectivity among channel leads (CP, Trade, PR, Organic Social, Media, etc) to create a seamless executional plan

• Provide streamlined direction on key communications when needed by cross functional partners

• Co-own the commercialization and in-market execution of product launches including partnering with sales management to plan and execute retail programs

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams that may include Sales, Market Research, Design, Packaging, Finance to develop and manage marketing objectives, goals and strategies

What we are looking for

Requirements:

• A BA/BS degree is required; a Master's in business or marketing specialization preferred

• A minimum of 4 years of marketing, sales or related experience in consumer related sector is required

• Ability to understand a consumer target and position a brand/project/innovation and manage projects is required

• Experience crafting successful advertising is required

• Has demonstrated success in leading cross functional partners and agency partners (especially writing insightful briefs that led to phenomenal consumer relevant work) is required

• Very strong analytical capacity, and track record in driving business results is preferred

• Ready to operate independently and grow as a leader

• Strong financial and analytical acumen to provide context to media/comms decisions

• Previous direct report experience a plus

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from

$88k

to

$160k.

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
