Responsibilities/Duties:Channel Growth : Grow the email channel to support device unit attainment goals.Program Development : Drive the creation and implementation of new automated email programs.Campaign Execution : Build email campaigns and execute traffic-driving efforts to support sales of devices.Testing and Optimization : Develop robust A/B and MVT testing programs to optimize for sales and unit sell-through.Reporting : Report on progress against goals and relevant email metrics to senior management.Strategic Development : Assist in the development of the vision and strategy for the email/CRM roadmap.Creative Asset Production : Partner with a dedicated design team for creative asset production.Content Management : Edit (XML, HTML) and publish content to the site via CMS.Qualifications:
2+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, on-device/mobile, and/or display.1+ year of experience with Excel and capable of manipulating data to perform both high-level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and other functionalities.Copywriting : Experience in writing customer-facing copy that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customer.Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management.Education : BA/BS required.Preferred Qualifications:
Email Program Management : Experience managing large-scale email marketing programs.Analytics Proficiency : Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting.Self-Motivation : Confident, self-motivated individual with a strong, demonstrable bias for action.Results-Oriented : Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30.81 to $34.23 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
