And well do it with the utmost integrity, and in an environment where everyone is seen, heard and feels like they belong.Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together.The Executive Assistant will be a key member of the team, supporting three full-time vice presidents in Corporate Affairs & Communications (CA&C), and aiding their teams as needed.Those vice presidents support separate business units and functions at American Express: Global Advertising & Brand Management, Corporate Sustainability, and Digital Innovation. We work on tight deadlines, with multiple partners and communications agencies, and our work is visible both to expansive external audiences and to the broader enterprise. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail oriented and resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude.**How will you make an impact in this role?**+ Calendar management across multiple parties.+ Coordination of business travel arrangements.+ Timely and accurate preparation, review, and submission of expense reports.+ Maintain vendor management process, including on-boarding new vendors (where appropriate) Statements of Work, invoice submissions, vendor payments and payment tracking.+ Fluency in American Express ARIBA and Concur.+ Payroll/Timekeeping.+ Preparation for meetings with senior executives (e.g. documents, PowerPoints, video conferencing, in-person meetings, and other logistics).+ Managing phone inquiries/messages.+ Coordination of office supply management.+ Support special ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.+ Assist in ordering of computers, equipment, supplies, new hire onboarding.**Minimum Qualifications**+ 3 years experience in providing administrative support is required.+ Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced organization and manage multiple tasks and priorities.+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.+ Ability to work effectively on a team, sometimes under pressure with accuracy, attention to detail, professionalism, and timely, direct follow-up.+ Strong sense of integrity and ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.+ Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.+ Ability to work with all levels of management, associates, and external business contacts.+ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Webex, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).**Preferred Qualification**+ Thorough knowledge of American Express Company internal systems (e.g., Concur, Ariba, etc.).**Qualifications**Salary Range: $24.05 to $48.10 hourly bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition.
