We seek to add a strategic, talented, and innovative Manager of Brand and Creative to the Luxury Division, leading the success of brands within the portfolio and their content. The primary functions of this job include brand management, including all creative strategies such as content and messaging. This position reports into the Vice President, Luxury Brand Strategy, and will contribute towards driving brand awareness and sales for luxury portfolios and O'Neill corporate communications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Brand Management: Support in the development, evolution, and management of luxury brands, including standards, messaging, campaigns, and content.Brand Standards: Ensure messaging and content are consistent and cohesive across all marketing and sales communicationsContent Creation: Lead and execute the creation of brand content, especially photo, video, and editingPhotography/Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos that reflect each brand's identity and messaging for use in marketing materials, educational materials, online, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.Post-Production: Edit photos and videos to enhance their quality, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics and guidelines.Concept Development: Collaborating with teammates, develop visual and storytelling concepts that align with brand objectives.Equipment Management: Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.File Management: Organize and manage a digital library of images and videos for easy retrieval and use, including internal and external content sharing.Budget Management: Responsible for managing and tracking individual brand budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control, and providing accurate and up-to-date reporting.Customer Journey: Support in identifying and optimizing the consumer journey, especially by identifying all potential touchpoints, mapping the journey, identifying opportunities, optimizing, reporting, and adapting.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and departmental teams and collaborate with or manage some third-party agencies or organizations.Innovation: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually innovate and enhance brand awareness and content creation/sharing.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure marketing activities comply with environmental regulations and standards, advocating for policies that support sustainable business practices.QUALIFICATIONS :

Strong understanding of creative strategyExcellent project management and organizational skillsMinimum 3 years of professional experience in photography and videography in a marketing or brand environmentSkilled photographer, videographer, editor, and knowledgeable in professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio equipment.Ability to create visually compelling and engaging content.Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.CULTURAL BEHAVIORS :

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

Work normally occurs in a temperature-controlled office environment with low to medium noise levels.
