We seek to add a driven, versatile, and skilled Associate Manager, Luxury Marketing, to lead multi-faceted projects and responsibilities for the Luxury portfolio and O'Neill corporate communications. This individual will be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of marketing activities to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth and support the ongoing needs of the business. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent project management skills, and the ability to adapt to various marketing functions. This position reports to the VP of Luxury Brand Strategy to achieve success for all brands within the luxury portfolio and O'Neill corporate communications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Strategy Implementation: Manage the implementation of marketing strategies, monitoring and adapting to insights, with excellent project management skillsDigital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, agencies, and ongoing needs, including website, email marketing, SEO and Ads, and supporting social media.Public Relations: Manage PR and media-related duties and projects while developing strong relationships with agencies, paid partners, and the media.Experience Management: Support the development of experience standards and execution, including Hospitality experiences, events, activations, related logistics, marketing materials, and brand assets.Partnerships: Manage partnership strategies that drive brand awareness and attract new audiences, including partnership programs, experiences, events, collaborations, merchandise, products, and campaigns.Education and Immersion: Manage the development and implementation of educational programs, including training and support for internal teams, external partners, and brand ambassador programs. This includes sales support tools that bolster commercial sales efforts related to luxury portfolios, including content, collateral, brand assets, and events.Budget Management: Track and report on budget performance from a departmental and project-based level.Operations: Develop and optimize marketing operations best practices, especially related to processes and systems, reporting, and specialty topics such as compliance.Brand and Creative Support: Provide collaborative support in brand management and creative strategy through project management efforts, standardization, and content.Social and Design Support: Provide collaborative support for graphic design and social media management, supporting teammates while driving the business's needs.Team Collaboration: Positively contributing to a culture of positivity and collaboration with departmental teammates, cross-functional teams, agencies, vendors, and partners.Market Research and Analysis: Performance management through industry research and analysis to support differentiated brand strategy ideation.Sustainability Initiatives: Lead the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives within marketing strategies, ensuring that all projects align with the company's environmental goals.QUALIFICATIONS :

College degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or Experience IndustryStrong understanding of core marketing and communications functions, including brand, digital, public relations, and social media marketing2+ experience in marketingStrong writing and communication skills, including a strong attention to detailStrong relationship building skillsAnalytical skills and project management skillsCULTURAL BEHAVIORS :

Salary Description

$75,000-85,000 annually
