Position Summary

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic marketing and sales projects to drive company growth and increase brand awareness.

Essential Functions

Responsible for designing and executing print and digital design projects, including assets for marketing campaigns, presentations, social media, product launches, trade shows, sales collateral, company catalogs, and moreMaintain brand consistency across all visual content, ensuring adherence to brand style guidesSupports Request for Proposal (RFP) and other general proposal requests by designing and editing presentations and documents for all locations and groups as neededCreate and design compelling technical content such as case studies, technical blogs, and product datasheets to educate and engage our target audienceWork closely with managers and sales team to develop technical sales tools and collateral that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/servicesConduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategiesSupport customer-facing teams by providing expertise in presentations, webinars, and customer meetings to drive sales and customer satisfactionAssisting with the day-to-day operation of the Marketing Department as needed to include tradeshows and conferences, social media accounts, company newsletters, and other related tasksTravel as required, up to six times per year.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design or related fieldExceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design toolsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated; must be able to work well independently and with othersMust be able to take initiative to complete tasks and projectsMust be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.A valid driver’s license is required.Skills & Abilities

Computer Skills: Background in Microsoft Office applications is required.

Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools is required.Customer Service Skills: Meet internal and external commitments and respond promptly to employee and/or manager needs.Communication skills: Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.Work Ethic:

Be highly organized and able to follow a systematic method of performing tasks. Be dependable, trustworthy, truthful, and credible in the workplace. Display a sincere desire to provide service or assistance, follow instructions, and take responsibility for own actions. Show a commitment to doing the best job possible.Physical Abilities:
