The Role

A Global conduit and connector of best-in-class retail experiences that ultimately inspire, empower and serve the Brand. Responsible for creating Global product presentation strategies, fixture development and storytelling journeys that enhance and elevate the brand's visual identity across all retail stores.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

Create the future of Stores Visual Merchandising for HOKA.Drive the end-in-mind vision of our product presentation strategies for stores.Responsible for creating both seasonal and non-seasonal visual merchandising directives & documents.Support the Field: Develop scalable tools that standardize our stores. Create a space and system for sharing real time executions and best practices. This role works with Field teams on a weekly basis.This role requires a deep understanding of the retail landscape, consumer trends, and brand positioning. It also requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills as you will work closely with other key business functions including: Buying, Merchandising, Brand Marketing and Retail Operations, in the pursuit of omnichannel excellence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in brick-and-mortar retail as well as visual communications.

Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in Visual Merchandising in a footwear/apparel environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills must be able to develop and articulate clear visual merchandising strategies and tactics.Proven market knowledge.Has experience working through complexities of problem solving for unique site conditions (new stores, relocations, expansions, remodels and special projects).Consistently able to deliver a high standard of creativity and execution to all internal and external clients.Operates with a global, strategic, and tactical perspective in setting and achieving expectations.Strong creative ability to think outside the box.Proficient in Microsoft suite, Adobe suite, Airtable or the likeAbility to manage time effectively and prioritize.Strong understanding of unique cultural needs and requirements with experience translating and appropriately tailoring global guidelines in a regionally relevant way.What We'll Give You

$95,000 - $105,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
