West Warwick, RI or Lincoln, AL (Travel: Up to 50% travel may be required at certain times).

SUMMARY :

We're seeking a talented Content Creation Specialist to develop and share custom content for our brands. You'll be a content creation powerhouse, crafting high-quality, engaging video content to elevate our brands. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop video strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive brand success. This role requires an independent decision maker with a blend of creativity, technical skills, and communication expertise. You'll script, film, edit, and manage video projects from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency across the board.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will oversee the entire creative production process, with a focus on crafting high-quality, engaging video and other content formats.Conceptualize and Plan Content: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, then develop scripts, storyboards, or shot lists (depending on the content format) to plan the project.Lead Creative Production: Coordinate shoots, recordings, or content creation sessions, ensuring brand consistency throughout. This could involve video shoots, photo shoots, audio recordings, or even live event productions.Content Strategy and Innovation: Champion high-quality content across all channels and platforms. Contribute to dynamic content calendars and ensure consistent messaging across all content formats.Content Performance Analysis: Track content performance, leverage data insights, and generate impactful reports to inform future strategies.Stay Current with Industry Trends: Embrace new technologies, understand consumer preferences, and stay ahead of content trends to maximize content impact.Content Creation Powerhouse: Craft compelling content (video, audio, written, graphic) that drives traffic, engagement, and audience growth.Project Management: Manage and organize all project assets, including raw footage, audio files, graphics, scripts, or other project materials. Lead the way on special content projects, utilizing strong decision-making and leadership skills.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Media Production) preferred, but strong experience in video production will be given significant consideration.Content Creation Experience: 1-3 years of demonstrably successful experience in video content creation, including scripting, filming, and editing.Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a focus on clear and concise communication for video scripts and audience engagement.Video Editing Proficiency: Strong editing skills using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, etc.).Project Management: Experience managing video projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Visual Storytelling: Ability to translate written and spoken concepts into compelling video narratives with a strong visual aesthetic.Social Media Savvy: Working knowledge of social media platforms for content distribution and engagement, with an understanding of paid vs. organic strategies (Bonus: Experience managing social media channels and utilizing social media analytics tools).Brand Awareness: Ability to adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining a fresh and creative approach to video content.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) for basic graphic design and motion graphics within videos.Additional Skills (Desirable):Experience and a level of comfort conducting on-camera interviews.Experience with video hosting platforms (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo).Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a benefit for potential website integration of video content.
