SCOPE/CONTACTS:

Individual will be required to interact frequently with the general public, employees, media contacts, bank vendors, bank employees and bank customers. As a result, incumbent should always project a good public image of First Financial Bank. This position also requires ongoing contact with the EVP of Marketing, all marketing team members, and various digital and regional media contacts and vendors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The essential functions of this position would include, but not be limited to:

Content creation: Produce videos, photos, and graphics and curate posts for various social media, web, email and print platforms.Manage social media for the Bank and Trust company, develop a social media plan and calendar.Write blog articles.Write and curate content for email marketing.Create assets and update digital board signage for all regions.Manage marketing planning calendars and create/maintain organized systems for tracking processes and asset deliverables/deadlines.Help build and execute lifecycle marketing strategy.Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.Write news releases.Help identify PR opportunities.Create and maintain a library of digital creative assets that are available for our Regions (social posts, print ad materials, invitations, etc.)Slot in where needed! Our team values elevating and supporting one another. Be willing to take on various duties as needs arise.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, related field, OR experience in a similar marketing position.At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required.Highly organized and enthusiastic about enhancing workflow/process organization and maintaining calendars.Strong, conversational writing skills for content creation.Graphic design and video shooting/editing.High degree of technical proficiency and knowledge of social platforms.Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Knowledge of Adobe applications related to creation and management of content.Positive mindset and a willingness to edify teammates is a must!
