Job Summary
Under close supervision, assists in various day-to-day department-related activities across projects and initiatives as assigned. Working on a variety of topics related to health and health care, or department specific responsibilities. The intern will assist in writing reports, conducting research, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. This will be a valuable experience for any student pursuing a career in a health care or business-related field.
Essential Functions :
Fulfilling tasks assigned by a supervisor. (10%)Performing administrative duties (10%)Event handling or planning (10%)Performs data entry into information systems as appropriate. (10%)Engages in quality assurance to ensure that data/information are accurate and well-organized. (10%)Conducts literature reviews as needed and presents synthesized results. (10%)Assists with preparation of project deliverables. (10%)Participates in departmental, team, and project-related meetings. (10%)Job shadowing (10%)Learning technical skills related to the industry. (10%)Education :
High School Diploma or GED required.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.Strong organizational skills.Ability to accurately enter and track data and project plans.Microsoft Office SuiteShiftDays (United States of America)
