Summary

The Marketing Operations Specialist supports the Lifecycle Marketing Strategist and works closely with the broader marketing and CRM teams to coordinate and manage marketing automation, print, audience segmentation and salesforce marketing deliverables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages the print deliverables and coordinates printing deadlines for all marketing initiatives including automated postcard campaigns.

• Performs daily export and reconciliation of lead sample pack requests.

• Creates audience segments within the Account Engagement (Pardot) automation system and Salesforce with guidance from the Lifecycle Marketing Strategist.

• Develops Salesforce CRM list views for sales follow up in coordination with active marketing campaigns.

• Manages questions in the Network Marketing Inbox and forwards lead inquiries to the appropriate leaders, SDRs or queues for follow up.

• Uploads, updates and organizes marketing assets for campaigns with Account Engagement.

• Analyze lead queues for any errors or bottlenecks and works closely with SDR team to resolve any lead flow issues.

• Maintains and updates email / campaign calendar and adds links for sales teams.

• Performs quality assurance on print and email lists, including accuracy and formatting of merge fields.

• Oversees any manual import and exports of data in Account Engagement.

• Works with CRM team on formatting list imports into Salesforce CRM and manages any lists for mass record reassignments to inside sales teams.

• Acts a liaison with corporate communications to help organize and manage communications lists and provide links for Salesforce Chatter SPARK posts.

• Works closely with content team to provide trackable custom redirects and UTM codes for social media and other channel efforts.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in executing marketing or operations functions

• Strong database query and problem-solving skills

• Salesforce.com Sales Cloud experience preferred or other similar customer relationship managements systems

• Adept in data management and Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, media or related field
