Position Overview:

Reporting to the Manager of Marketing, the Marketing Operations Specialist will lead managing and maintaining our HubSpot CRM database. This role will create custom marketing reports and lists, implement best practices for database cleanliness, and ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Collaborating closely with our marketing and member engagement teams, the Marketing Operations Specialist will play a vital role in executing successful marketing campaigns.

What you'll do :Work closely with marketing and member engagement to create, plan, and execute campaigns and supporting tactics in HubSpot/Salesforce, including the creation and deployment of targeted lists and the development of automated journeys.Implement marketing strategies within HubSpot/Salesforce to nurture leads, enhance customer journeys, and increase conversion rates.Develop optimization and testing approaches, utilizing A/B testing and analytics to optimize email performance, focusing on improving open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.Oversee methods and work to ensure effectiveness of email sends such as minimizing list decay, unsubscribes, bounces, etc.Develop and execute marketing performance reports and dashboards.Serve as the HubSpot/Salesforce/CRM expert/lead and provide HubSpot/Salesforce administration for Marketing, including dashboard development, reporting, workflow development and optimization, technical assistance, and data integration.Provide database management by overseeing the health and integrity of the email database, implementing strategies to clean and update contact lists regularly. Ensure data hygiene and propose guidelines/processes to maintain accurate, quality data.Stay informed on the latest trends in email marketing and adapt strategies to maintain the effectiveness of email campaigns.Stay abreast of new HubSpot/Salesforce releases and best practices in marketing automation. Proactively make recommendations to the marketing team to take advantage of new capabilities.Take the lead to develop and maintain processes, documentation, lists, and reporting used by departments and key uses.This job description describes the general nature and scope of responsibilities for this position. What you should bring to the table

:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.One to three years of Marketing Operations experience.Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce.Technical proficiency in email marketing tools: campaign execution skills using email marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot) to segment audiences, automate campaigns, and track performance.Analytical abilities including analyzing campaign performance, lead conversion funnel metrics, sale cycle stages, and skills in data synthesis to derive insights and optimize programs and campaigns.Highly organized and obsessive attention to detail.The ability to learn other new software tools quicklyWhy you should be excited:

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: Onsite or remote opportunity is available for the qualified candidate.

Travel: This position requires minimal to no travel. On occasion, may be asked to attend seminars or conferences.

Physical requirements: This position is performed in an office environment (could be done remotely) and requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Individuals must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
