Position Description:As a Mechanical Designer with REVIT experience, you will play a pivotal role in the development of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for a variety of projects. You will work closely with engineers and other design professionals to create innovative and efficient solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

Design and create detailed mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection system drawings using

Revit 3D .Develop conceptual, bid, and construction design packages, including plans, drawings, and material lists.Collaborate with electrical, civil/structural, and architectural teams to ensure seamless project coordination.Conduct thorough system analysis and design, including piping and ductwork systems.Provide technical support to engineers and designers.Interpret and respond to technical inquiries from clients, vendors, and coworkers.Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.Evaluate existing facilities and recommend design modifications to improve system performance.Develop cost-effective designs that comply with building and fire codes.Conduct site visits as required to gather information and assess project needs.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.Qualifications

3+ years of experience in mechanical design.Proficiency in Revit 3D software.Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.Ability to create P&ID diagrams, isometrics, and other mechanical drawings.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office Suite
