We are looking for someone that's eager to learn why we're so valuable to those clients and convey that value prop to a wider audience.

We're looking for a highly skilled Marketing Director to help us promote our offerings as well as develop and keep us all on brand, coordinate how we show up at trade shows, and create campaigns as we find new avenues to thrive. This role involves doing the job of the whole marketing department in order to figure out what resources are needed to build out a team.

The ideal candidate will have hunger, flexibility, extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding. This person should have a startup mentality, a willingness to wear many hats, and enjoy a free-flowing environment. This role will communicate with the executive team every day, work with the sales team regularly and be willing to interact with clients directly to understand what makes their business tick, as well as a drive to deliver solutions that make a difference.Objectives of this role

Translate company goals into marketing strategies and execute quickly on lead generation as well as reinforcing our value proposition to existing clientsDevelop new channels for growth, work with technology partners to co-brand marketing campaigns, and devise compelling marketing plays to drive channel salesUnderstand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing teamEventually oversee and grow the marketing department by identifying revenue opportunities among established clients and by securing new accountsResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategy by working closely with sales team, executives and clients to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for our products and servicesSpearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendationsManage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and salesOversee social media community management and (limited) content creationCoordinate and attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, set up relevant meetings beforehand, and provide post-event reports and analysisRequired skills and qualificationsSuccessful track record in campaign creation and execution - the job is not just management but will involve "doing"Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media community management (Google ads, LinkedIn, other platforms)Proven ability to plan and manage budgetsPreferred skills and qualificationsExperience with HubSpot or other analogous marketing automation toolExperience marketing a SaaS platformEnough graphic design skills to be dangerousDesire to grow professionally through ongoing education
