This role is based out of our Telford, PA facility which offers its employees beautiful walking trails, onsite fitness center with yoga and fitness training classes, self-service café with a large indoor/outdoor gathering space, and a state-of-the-art Design Center. Telford is our US manufacturing site for the Neonatal product line as well as production support for Dräger's Safety products. This location also serves as the key site for essential US functions which includes Medical Sales and Service Management, Medical Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Quality and Finance.

The Marketing Manager will:Develop or support the development of strategies, marketing plans, and program plans for the respiratory care market. Manage the execution of marketing initiatives including the project plan, aligning resources and efforts, resolving issues, and reporting progress of activities.Provide updates and research on US healthcare market trends; lead creative thinking on approaches to markets; develop value propositions for Draeger's critical care ventilation portfolioServe as a marketing process champion with active involvement in the development of processes that promote efficient and effective internal marketing operations with a focus on portfolio management, coordination of efforts, and measurable outcomes.Manage product sales support and administration activities including product configurations, pricing, sales collaterals, and sales tools for assigned products and solutions as required.Provide educational and customer events support to division and field sales forces to help ensure proper understanding and use of strategies, programs, and market messages.Attend customer and industry events with the purpose of gaining insight into market trends, customer needs, segment solution requirements, and competitor's initiatives.Performs other duties as needed and assigned.Must be able to travel up to 30% (Domestic & International)Your Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in respiratory care or marketing/business management required. Masters degree preferred.

Related Experience:

5 plus years of marketing, sales, sales support, or product management experience

*Knowledge of the ventilation industry, including software, hardware, and professional services required. Knowledge of the healthcare device industry required.

Special Competencies or Certifications:

Current state license in Respiratory Care preferred.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market and product strategy into well designed, multi-phased tactical deliverables. Must possess excellent communications and presentation skills.Clear understanding of the marketing process with an ability to define standards for the development and execution of marketing initiatives, metrics, and common views of the marketplace.

Draeger has several sites located across North America as well as field-based sales and service positions. Our North America headquarters is located in Telford, PA just north of Philadelphia. We also have US sites in Andover, MA, and Houston, TX. Our Canada site is located in Mississauga, Ontario.
