Job Description

About the role:As a Digital Marketer for RDBU, you will be responsible for the design, execution, measurement and optimization of high-value digital touchpoints which deliver upon brand strategic imperatives for multiple brands in the Hematology franchise. To deliver a best-in-class customer experience, your role will be critical to drive innovative approaches to meet our customers "where they are" across a wide range of digital channels, connecting personal and non-personal engagements in one seamless experience.

As the owner and subject matter expert of digital channels (including media, website, CRM, etc), your role will be critical to simply and effectively translate insights from digital metrics to enable a broader understanding of campaign performance across the brands; then use those insights to drive campaign optimizations. Given the importance of digital channels in the overall omnichannel ecosystem, you will also play a role in consulting on the effectiveness of the overall omnichannel strategy and experience. This requires a strong cross-brand, cross-functional, and cross-agency leadership approach as well as an ability to anticipate short and longer-term opportunities to action upon.

You will partner closely with the RDBU Omnichannel Campaign Planner and DD&T to design innovative customer experiences and apply new capability enhancements for Hematology. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the performance, integrity and measurement of the digital marketing ecosystem, develop and drive best practices for omnichannel HCP and/or Patient communications that uphold Takeda PTRB values and address the needs of our patient community.

This is a hybrid role based in Cambridge, MA and you will report to the RDBU Digital & Omnichannel Marketing Lead.How you will contribute:

Innovate and evaluate digital marketing opportunities and capabilities that support strategic imperatives for Hematology productsPartner with RDBU Omnichannel Campaign Planner, Corporate Communications, DD&T and PAIR to set objectives that adapt to a dynamic promotional environment while ensuring engagement with stakeholders that reinforces Takeda valuesBring subject matter expertise through strategy and supporting execution on all franchise digital initiatives, collaborating with counterparts on Brand, Portfolio Marketing, and Patient Engagement teams on digital best practices, implementation and performance insightsEnsure all resources and programming are in alignment with Takeda Compliance, Legal and Regulatory requirementsDrive omnichannel strategy and execution across HEM portfolio to enhance customer and patient experienceManage digital strategies and measurement plans for all social, CRM, websites and communications across HEM productsBe daily lead in the implementation of digital materials, messaging, and programming, partnering with multiple external agenciesManage annual promotional budget for all media and digital execution across the portfolioRepresent in the review and approval process of promotional initiatives at PRTEvaluate performance metrics for media campaigns and direct multiple agencies to optimize executionManage agency and vendor budgets with daily oversight and high accountabilityOversee collection of the most immediate and measurable promotional feedback our marketing team receives.Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree - preferred in Science and/or Business, and 10 years of relevant brand experience (biopharma, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, agency, etc). Digital experience and/or MBA are a plus.Must be able to derive business insights from performance data for relevant digital communication channels, including web, email, display and social promotions.Experience managing creative/digital agencies and budgets required.Understanding and demonstrated experience in digital marketing with data and omnichannel focusMust be a team player with strong self-awarenessMust be results oriented, pay attention to detail, be accurate, prompt and able to meet deadlinesMust take accountability for individual work and be able to influence othersFinancial, analytical, and decision-making skillsMust possess ability to be a fast learner, be creative, flexible and adapt quickly to Takeda's rapid paceThe ability to communicate objectives and results to a variety of audiencesStrong presentation skills and ability to partner with Sales staffAdaptable and open to an environment of changeProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointPreferred:

Knowledge of Tableau or similar data visualization software preferredTechnical proficiency with data visualization tools a plus

U.S. Base Salary Range:$133,000.00 - $209,000.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives. U.S.based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
