The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation, and optimization, empowering and inspiring advertisers, creators, and other third parties to deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users. We are user-oriented and dedicated to technical excellence. Our goal is to drive and lead technological innovation in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and delivering value for our clients, creators, and the entire ecosystem.

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing and Operations Lead to join our team as an Agency Leader. This role will provide top-notch operational support throughout the product development lifecycle and ensure success across key TikTok Ad Creative and Creator products.

Responsibilities:- Develop a strategic partnership framework and collaboration model with HoldCo and Mega Independent agencies, in coordination with the Agency Partnerships Team, to identify and solve advertiser creative challenges.- Own agency onboarding and training, organizing routine workshops and webinars on new product features, best practices, and feedback collection.- Provide agency-level operational support to ensure an optimized customer experience.- Project manage across a wide range of cross-functional partners, including but not limited to product, data science, business integrity, legal, compliance, brand partnership, client solution teams, and other key stakeholders.- Design SOPs, collect feedback, and incorporate learnings into process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.- Provide first-line market insights to help shape product strategy and drive business expansion.- Conduct revenue management and resource planning to provide critical inputs for product strategy, partnering with marketing science to set up effective incentive policies to drive sustainable product adoption growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years of work experience in product marketing and operations or other sales roles in advertising/creative.- Experience working with/at HoldCo and Mega Independent agencies (HoldCo preferred).- Experience in digital advertising or experience working with creators.- Experience working directly with C-suite and/or VP levels.- Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to grasp core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals.- Analytical, data-sensitive, and goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial-and-error iterations, and constantly improving.- Excellent communicator and team worker. Comfortable navigating global organizational structures and aligning objectives with cross-functional teams. Thrives in a diverse work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:- Knowledge of marketplace dynamics.
