As the Director of Lifecyle Marketing, you will be pivotal in elevating our marketing strategy, focusing on email, SMS, and other digital messaging platforms. This role demands a highly analytical and data-driven approach to assess, refine, and enhance the effectiveness of our communication streams. You will be tasked with optimizing the sequence, cadence, and messaging to ensure our communications resonate with our target audience while driving business objectives.

*This is a hybrid role, requiring the ability to work both remotely and on-site as dictated by business needs. Must be available to come to the office as required.*

Essential Functions

Oversee the strategy and execution of all marketing communications including email, SMS, and other digital channels.Analyze and revamp existing communication flows to maximize engagement and conversion rates.Develop and implement robust measurement and analytics frameworks to track the performance of communication campaigns.Lead a talented, growing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies and company objectives.Manage and optimize CRM communications systems, with a preference for experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze.Provide strategic insights and progress updates to the General Manager.Perform all other duties and or projects as assigned by a supervisor or manager.Essential Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred.Experience Required:

8+ years in marketing or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing marketing teams.Proven leadership experience in marketing communications or related field, preferably at the director level.Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.Experience in developing and optimizing communication strategies in e-commerce or related industries.Hands-on familiarity with CRM and digital marketing toolsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
