GRI-Alleset has a career-building opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic and rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will be positive, proactive, innovative, and have a “can-do” attitude.

The Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation will be responsible for development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to attract, nurture, and convert potential customers into qualified leads. This role is pivotal in creating ongoing demand through the execution of lead nurture campaigns, creation of lead magnets and establishment of best practices for lead generation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following;

Execute against the lead generation plan which aligns with the company's strategic goals.Ensure the effective utilization of the company’s marketing automation softwareDevelop and execute lead email nurture campaigns.Establish lead generation processes and best practices, particularly for events and tradeshowsCollaborate with sales to define lead handoffs, lead scoring, and sales enablement strategies.Create compelling lead magnets (webinars, ebooks, white papers etc.) to attract and engage potential customers.Implement and manage a leadership reporting system for tracking lead generation performance.Understands and communicates Voice of Customer (VOC); customer’s product pain points and unmet product needs.Other duties as assignedEducation & Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications is required, master’s degree preferred.3+ years of proved track record with lead generation and nurturing.Proficient with marketing automation software (ZoomInfo or similar platform)Knowledge in the health care/ medical industry preferred.Demonstrated success in creating and executing lead email nurture campaigns.Competence as a creative writerStrong project management skillsDemonstrated proficiency with lead generation and social media platforms.Excellent communication and collaboration skillsSolid computer skills, including MS Excel, InDesign, IllustratorStrong understanding of lead generation strategies and best practices.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with marketing tools.Data-driven and comfortable with metrics and spreadsheets.Superior communication, leadership, and teamworking skills.Ability to travel as necessary.Physical Demands
