We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our organization. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll provide second tier support to Contact Center and Branch Experience. You'll support digital products and services including Internet and Mobile Banking, funds transfer, Bill Pay, Person-to-Person, eStatements, Telephone Banking, Text Banking, and other digital services. You'll create, track, and manage issue and enhancement tickets with vendors until resolution or implementation is confirmed. You'll assist in the implementation of new digital products with a focus on the support and long-term maintenance of the product. You'll assist in the collection, clarification, and reporting of actionable feedback both from internal and external sources.

What You’ll Do:

We are currently seeking a

Digital Marketing Specialist to join our organization. This position is one part internal member service and one part research. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring attention to detail, problem solving, and interpersonal communication. As the Internet and Mobile Banking Specialist, you'll:

Provide second tier support to Contact Center and Branch Experience. You'll support digital products and services including Internet and Mobile Banking, funds transfer, Bill Pay, Person-to-Person, eStatements, Telephone Banking, Text Banking, and other digital services.You'll create, track, and manage issue and enhancement tickets with vendors until resolution or implementation is confirmed. You'll assist in the implementation of new digital products with a focus on the support and long-term maintenance of the product. You'll assist in the collection, clarification, and reporting of actionable feedback both from internal and external sources.What You'll Need

One to three years of similar or related experience.A two-year college degree preferred.Basic knowledge of XP2, Internet and Mobile Banking, Jabber or MS Teams, Intranet, Q2 Central, OnTrac (preferred), and ACH processes.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with internal resources quickly and accurately while remaining professional.Effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via in person, email etc.Experience in multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service.Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
