We are looking for a motivated Online Marketing Coordinator to assist our Marketing Manager in coordinating, executing, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing our online marketing initiatives. What You'll Do:Strategic Contribution:

Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive online marketing strategy encompassing email, online advertising, collateral, educational resources, social media and web content.Content Creation:

Craft and update engaging web and print marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, product sheets, case studies, and trade show materials.Campaign Execution:

Leverage our marketing automation platform to design and implement impactful email and other campaigns for lead generation, prospect nurturing, and client retention.Website Optimization:

Propose and implement new content ideas and design improvements to enhance our website's performance.Digital Tactics:

Drive conversions, ROI, and web traffic through PPC, SEM, SEO, and online advertising initiatives.Integrated Campaigns:

Collaborate on creating and developing integrated marketing campaigns, including email, landing pages, direct mail, and online/print advertisements.Performance Analysis:

Regularly analyze and update marketing reports, focusing on website performance, email marketing, search engine marketing, and PPC performance.Resource Development:

Partner with subject matter experts to create materials for online presentations, conferences, and other educational resources.Event Support:

Assist in planning and executing tradeshow and event sponsorships.Market Research:

Conduct research on pricing, competition, partner relations, and other key marketing initiatives.Who You Are:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.Experience:

1-3 years of relevant work experience in online marketing.Skills and Knowledge:

Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), PPC campaigns, website CMS, marketing automation platforms, and SEO.Ability to interpret and analyze data, including lead scoring and automation.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and AI-driven marketing initiatives.Basic HTML knowledge and experience with WordPress.Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in email marketing, including content development, deliverability, and analytics.Analytical, well-organized, and detail-oriented.Exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to learn from others.
