This is a fully remote position with the expectation to come into our AVL office for a few days every other month

The Opportunity

As the Marketing Manager for the Diabetes division at Aeroflow Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing activities aligned with the strategic direction of the business unit (BU). Working closely with the Director of the Diabetes BU, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share within the diabetes care sector.

Primary Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development:Lead the creation and implementation of long-term marketing strategies across various channels including PR, email and SMS, SEO, content, and social media. Focus on brand building, education, and lead generation among patients and healthcare providers.Work closely with the business, development / engineering, and performance marketing team to ensure priorities are aligned.Provide marketing strategy and support to outside sales team with a goal of driving physician awareness and referrals while maintaining positive relationships.

Business DevelopmentConduct comprehensive market and competitor research to identify and analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas for the brand.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and develop adjacent product and service offerings, ensuring they align with brand values, support the business’s strategic direction, and meet the needs of patients and payers.

Customer Lifecycle Development and Management:Take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey, continuously optimizing processes and content to enhance customer experience, increase retention, and drive conversions.Own documentation of customer journey and leverage customer feedback to improve ongoing lifecycle.

Email and SMS Marketing:Execute effective email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and KPIs.Continuously AB test messaging, CTAs, sending times, etc. to ensure engagement and customer experience.

Project Management:Collaborate with internal development teams on technical projects and with external SEO and PR agencies to support marketing initiatives and business unit goals.

Brand Marketing:Build and promote the Aeroflow Diabetes brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing collateral.

Market Analysis and Optimization:Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive performance optimization.

Budget Management:Responsible for the Diabetes division marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and expenditure reconciliation.

Team Leadership:Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.

This role requires someone who is eager to build and develop key marketing strategies while also being comfortable jumping in and getting their hands dirty. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to learn new systems, tools and technology, and comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving, and high growth environment. Qualifications

BA/BS degree in marketing or related field required.7+ years of progressive, multi-channel marketing experience.Background in healthcare marketing strongly desired.2+ years of people management with excellent leadership skills.Data analyticsExperience managing external agencies.A strong balance of strategic thinking, analytical and creative aptitude.Meticulous organizational, project management and prioritization skills with experience in project management systems such as Jira.Heightened problem-solving and critical thinking skills along with a passion for growing businessesAbility to translate insights into actionable plans.Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performanceMaintain HIPAA/patient confidentialitySkill Sets

The ideal candidate will have multiple years of in-depth experience in the below areas:

Marketing strategy - Has developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, leads, and revenue growth. Demonstrates extensive experience in marketing strategy development, including market research, competitive analysis, and multi-channel campaign management.Email Marketing - Required experience in both execution and strategy of email marketing efforts. Has worked in platforms such as Braze, Luxsci, or Klaviyo.SEO and Content Marketing - Experience developing a strong, keyword-driven content strategy resulting in organic traffic, improved rankings, and leads.Social Media and Influencer Marketing - Strong understanding and background in developing effective social media and influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement, utilizing proven experience in platform-specific strategies, influencer partnerships, and performance analytics.Public Relations - Experience developing and executing PR strategies that shape public perception and increase brand awareness.Experience working with GA4 or similar platform to track, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance.Compensation: Base Salary of $90,000 - $95,000
