Job Description

Supports CooperVision's US Marketing and Professional Affairs team in the design, development and execution of cross channel campaigns that engage eye care professionals and contact lens wearers. Primary responsibilities consist of digital support for website management, campaign execution, data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution:Manage campaign email calendar to ensure visibility across teams and monitoring deadlinesHelp ensure Marketing Cloud emails and journeys are developed in a manner consistent with best practices to maximize deliverabilityManage social media calendar and schedule social postsExecute paid social media campaigns across channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TwitterMonitor and coordinate with customer support on potential campaign feedbackMonitor and optimize campaign executionRemain current in website, email, landing page, digital and social functionality.Work with internal and agency partners to develop best in class digital assets (emails, banners, websites, etc.)Manage agency/brand relationships to execute and manage all digital activityArrange and host monthly reports with agency partners and internal team to review metrics and optimize all campaignsWebsite Management:

Implement ongoing website content updatesAssist in the implementation of an SEO strategyReview and audit website (with brand team), to ensure content is up to date and provide and implement recommendations for optimizationRespond and troubleshoot website issuesWork with brand teamEvent Management:

Create and test event registration and communications using CventEnsure access and delivery of pre and post event reportingData Management and Reporting:

Assist in data preparation for the purposes of campaign executionAssist with data cleansing and integrity of the dataConsolidate campaign, website data, create and update dashboardsReview and highlight successes and anomalies on a quarterly basisCross-functional Teamwork:

In conjunction with the broader Marketing team, manage strong working relationship with other functions, including but not limited to: Sales, Commercial Operations, Professional Affairs, Finance.Collaborate with other groups to identify opportunities to assist in the streamlining marketing initiatives and processes.Others:

Participates in the annual development of digital objectivesPerforms other duties related to marketing as required.Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing CloudStrong knowledge of CventStrong knowledge of html, JavaScript, and CSS media queriesFamiliarity with Sprout SocialGoogle AnalyticsFamiliarity of BrightEdge and SEO Best PracticesStrong knowledge of ExcelStrong influencing skills - able to work across the commercial organization to achieve goals.Must be proactive, self-motivated with a can-do attitude.High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - verbal, written and presentation.Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.Work Environment:

Minimum of 2 years related experience in marketing automationEducation:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing; MBA/Master's a plus

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $39.42 and $52.40 per hour and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
