JOB OPPORTUNITY

:Opportunity to join Larson-Juhl, the worldwide leader in the custom framing industry and a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, as a Digital Marketing Specialist for North America. This position is located in our support center (i.e. company headquarters) in the Johns Creek area of Atlanta, GA and will report to our Marketing Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES

:Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization's websiteProvide on-going development and maintenance of the website and mobile app roadmapCreate appropriate website content aligned with the organization's strategyCollaborate with management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization's standardsDevelop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and eventsWork with IT to coordinate website and mobile app activities in delivering business goals and objectives.Assist with development and coordination of marketing materialsProactively review analytics across teams and business areas to identify content opportunities as well as opportunities to improve user experience and may assist in executing the optimizations across teams as neededCoordinate industry tradeshow, including planning and execution, travel for annual event requiredParticipate in customer meetings to gather feedback from end-users for beta-testingUtilize digital analytics to provide insights and recommendations on user behavior patterns, feature usage, conversion rate, and overall market valueReport on website analytics monthly and present to leadership on a quarterly basisWork closely with the IT Team to implement website enhancements and redesignsServe as an SEO and content expert for our digital properties (website, mobile) including ownership of the larsonjuhl.com homepage strategy and other Larson-Juhl's North America properties such as shop.larsonjuhl.comQUALIFICATIONS

AND ATTRIBUTES:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field2-4 years of experience in digital marketingPossesses strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in data extraction, manipulation and presentation

Excellent presentation skills: PowerPoint, etc.

Detail oriented and well organized with the ability to prioritize and adapt to multiple deadlinesExperience with eCommerce platforms like Adobe Commerce (Magento)Ability to develop, maintain and update digital content via omni-channel (website and mobile)Experience in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Product Information Management systems such as SalsifyExperience in Atlassian software (Jira) a plus
