Position Summary:The Marketing Coordinator at Nichiha plays a vital role in enhancing the customer experience through the management of promotional programs, samples, and trade shows. This role is crucial in ensuring that all customer-facing initiatives are executed flawlessly, significantly impacting brand perception, lead generation, and overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will understand the strategic value of enhancing customer touchpoints and the direct impact on sales and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Promotional and Sample Management: Oversee the organization and distribution of promotional materials and product samples, ensuring they are of high quality, readily available, and aligned with market demands.Trade Show Coordination: Plan and coordinate trade shows and corporate events, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure events are executed efficiently and effectively. Evaluate event success through metrics that measure attendee engagement and post-event ROI.Customer Experience Enhancement: Play a key role in the customer journey by managing initiatives that touch the salesforce, value chain, and end customers, enhancing overall engagement and satisfaction.Operational Oversight: Manage inventory for Nichiha’s promotional merchandise store, ensuring budget adherence, sourcing efficiency, and inventory accuracy.Administrative and Reporting: Perform administrative duties including invoice reconciliation and bi-weekly department expense reports, maintaining financial and operational accuracy.Required Education and Experience:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Professional Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a marketing or related role, with experience in customer-facing initiatives within a B2B environment.Required Skills/Abilities:

Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and their impact on brand loyalty and lead generation.Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Collaborative Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, aligning with both marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.Analytical Acumen: Ability to measure and analyze event and promotional campaign effectiveness, using data to drive future marketing decisions.Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, with experience in CRM and project management software preferred.Performance Attributes:Impact Awareness: Recognizes and maximizes the impact of customer-facing initiatives on brand recruitment and lead generation.Initiative and Proactivity: Takes proactive steps to improve processes and strategies, continuously seeking ways to enhance the customer experience.Adaptability: Capable of adjusting strategies and tactics in response to feedback and changing market conditions.
