Branch Marketing Manager

Youl will develop, implement and manage Branch marketing activities. Duties will include planning, organizing and implementing various marketing communications as specified by the branch. You will also manage related functions including marketing communications budgets, advertising and ancillary programs and production requirements. Additionally, research, propose, negotiate and implement new or revised communications programs designed to increase brand, product, promotion and dealer awareness across the territory among appropriate target audiences.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Plans and oversees branch advertising and in-store promotional activities and branch communications, including print, electronic and digital outlets.Develops and implements Marketing Advantage Program (MAP) and dealer marketing contribution structure and invoicing. Directs outside marketing agencies on planning and execution of MAP.Manages all branch-to-dealer communications (both electronic and print) including, but not limited to, marketing, sales, pricing, policies, etc.Manages all literature, promotional giveaways, show materials, etc. for dealer events, meetings, tradeshows and other branch support activities.Manages marketing budget, including submissions of purchase requisitions, receiving, classifying, and approving invoices.Coordinates all marketing activities with corporate marketing directives.Coordinates and manages logistics, communication and organization of foreign and domestic dealer trips and events, including working with travel agency for procurement and relevant tax document collection.Manages STIHL Edge, OUTFITTERS offerings, and other marketing-related initiatives.Foster BOPIS growth on dealer PowerChord website and Ship to Home on dealer's own websitesAll other duties and responsibilities as assignedSpecifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.Basic Microsoft software knowledge, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Office. Desktop publishing knowledge, including Adobe-Photo Shop/In Design, preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be comfortable developing and delivering presentations.Basic SAP experience preferred.Project management experience preferred.Retailed marketing experience preferred.Must be willing to travel 25% of the time.
