Job Overview:

The LPL Financial Marketing Solutions team is seeking a marketing manager with a concentration in branding and all functions of marketing. This role will manage a group of marketers who partner with our affiliation marketing consultants to onboard advisors to our affiliation model. This role will collaborate with internal partners, connect with advisors while leading and inspiring a team of marketing consultants.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of several onboarding marketing consultantsAssist with onboarding new LPL advisors to Marketing SolutionsDefine the overarching marketing strategy for each advisorRecruit, interview, hire and train new employeesInteract regularly with advisorsOversee the regular onboarding strategyEvaluate the creation of advisor's websitesCollaborate with internal business partners such as strategy, compliance, technology, legal, procurement, marketing, sales and moreCollaborate with vendorsDrive adoption of new tools, vendors, processes across the teamProvide feedback and enhancements from the advisorsWhat are we looking for?

Requirements:

3+ years' experience in marketing and digital marketingBachelor's degree or 4+ years of additional experience in digital marketing2+ years' experience with coaching, management or leading a team

Pay Range:$91,700.00 - $152,800.00

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
