POSITION SUMMARY

The marketing manager will oversee key marketing initiatives for the department including but not limited: advertising, public relations, social media, sponsorships, and digital. The marketing manager will help implement various efforts associated with the strategic marketing plan, coordinating resources, ensuring deadlines are met, and manages project to budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and execute a strategic marketing plan for WellbridgeWork closely with business development team, internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to manage marketing initiatives.Lead the execution of marketing collateral including brochures, sales sheets, and e-newsletter.Manage website re-design and content creation projectsOverseeing public relations (PR) opportunities, press releases, and media pitching with external PR agency. Coordinate internal spokespeople as sources.Assist in developing strategy and content for social media, creating opportunities to highlight employees and positive milestones.Analyze campaign tracking to identify problems or enhancements to be made real-time.Manages day-to-day relationships with outside vendors; directs vendors in development of creative and media strategies and execution as appropriate.Stays up-to-date on competitive threats and relevant marketing trendsUtilizes quantitative and qualitative market information to guide analysis of competitive and industry trends.Identify and maximize brand building and sponsorship opportunities.Oversee communication around employee recognition program. Serve on the values committee and coordinate its activities.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree required, Marketing or Communications major preferred.Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience required.Proficient with MS Office suite and PowerPoint.
