Your Impact

The Hearst Home and Design Industry seeks an Associate Manager, Marketing and Account Strategy who will be responsible for the strategy, development, and activation of integrated marketing and added-value programs across the Home and Design industry group. The Associate Manager, Marketing and Account Strategy will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of salespeople, campaign strategists, content studio professionals and others, to build programs that allow for Hearst Magazines to grow revenue, while delivering powerful results for our clients. This work will include coordinating efforts between branded content editors, pricing teams, audience and insight experts and others, coordinating the collective efforts to pull together a proposal that reflects alignment of all parties while delivering on the client's KPI's. This position will also include event execution, development of sales collateral and more.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:Conceptualize, and develop partner-specific marketing platforms, such as digital/print/social custom content and native executions, customized experiences, and data-driven direct marketing campaignsCommunicate marketing concepts and programs by writing proposals, presentations, and sell-sheetsParticipate in the development and execution of Home & Design signature platforms and opportunitiesManage day to day requests from sales staff/managementManage project budgets and timelinesTravel for client activations where neededDevelop relationships with third party organizations and vendors to enhance arsenal of integrated marketing offeringsQualifications

Who you are:

Minimum 2-3 years marketing experienceAnalytic, problem-solving, resourceful and strategic thinking skillsExperience in developing compelling integrated marketing programs; strong copywriting skillsComfortable working in a fast-changing environment and juggling multiple priorities, and ability to operate in a team cultureStrong written and verbal communication skillsPositive, "can-do" attitudeTenacity, passion and drive for resultsAn understanding of/interest in the editorial products and home and design industries are a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office and Keynote

This role requires the position to be located in New York, NY with an in-office presence of 3 days a week.

The base salary for this role is between $64,000-$77,000 annually. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
